Thunderbirds: Beyond The Horizon is recommended for audiences aged 8+. We have put this age guidance in place because there are moments in the show which might be unsuitable for younger children. Children aged between 8 and 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Younger children may attend but entirely at the discretion of the Parents and no refund will be offered after the show has commenced.
Please note we cannot allow Babes in Arms into the experience.

No, you will not be able to enter if you cannot present a ticket on arrival.
If you have any issues on the day please visit our on-site box office with the card you purchased your tickets with at least 30 minutes before your performance time, to give us time to find and re-issue your ticket.
Due to the nature of the performance, there may be part of the show where you are separated from your group to complete a challenge.
However, you will be reunited at the end of the performance, we promise!
There will be measures in place should you require assistance or need to leave suddenly during the event but it is not advised nor encouraged.
We do not allow the use of cameras or filming during the performance.
Yes. Visitors are requested to check in any bags, luggage or coats on arrival at the venue cloakroom before entering the experience. There is a small charge of £1 per item.
Drinks are available at The Buzz Bar and food is also available from a number of market stalls in Mercato Metropolitano. Please do not bring any food or drink onto site.

Thunderbirds: Beyond The Horizon is suitable for pregnant women but please be advised that the show is 90 minutes long, you will be required to stand for the majority of the performance and there will be no access to toilet facilities during the show.
Customers who suffer from claustrophobia, nyctophobia or heart conditions should be advised that certain sections may be unsuitable as they are quite small and contained. There will be escape options within scenes but we would strongly advise people to carefully think before attending.

Thunderbirds: Beyond the Horizon is a brand new iteration of the Thunderbirds brand. It will draw on elements of the classic Gerry and Sylvia Anderson series, as well as elements of the new-generation revival Thunderbirds Are Go.
Thunderbirds Are Go was of course based very closely on the original series, and each iteration of Thunderbirds will have ties and links to its roots as well as incorporating exciting new elements and surprises.
